Travellers can book from anywhere in the world using an internet connection. Self-check-in and check-out for guests is the logical next step to optimizing the guest experience. Finalizing the guest bill is a critical feature of self-check-in/out to ensure that the guest can complete the check-out process. With RezEasy PMS, the guest pays using one of the 37 payment systems integrated into our software. Check-out completes, and after the payment system confirms the transaction is completed (which usually takes less than one minute), the guest receives a fully detailed receipt by email. The hotel front desk also gets a notification.
